Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love everything you order. Please read our return policy carefully before making your purchase.
Store Credit Returns
We accept returns for store credit only — no cash or card refunds. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. You must request a return authorization within 5 days of delivery by completing the return request form below. Once approved, you have 7 days to ship the item back to us at your expense. Returns received outside this window will not be accepted.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery using the form below and include photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Final Sale Items — No Returns or Exchanges
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Sale and clearance items
- Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
- Jewelry and accessories
Important Notes
- All returns must be shipped with tracking. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items that arrive back to us worn, washed, or without tags will be returned to the sender.
- Return authorization is required — packages received without one will be refused.
