RETURN POLICY

 ALL SALES are FINAL on items that are discounted 30% or Higher.

  • All unworn/unaltered merchandise can be returned for an online store credit within 14 days from the date we shipped your order or the date we emailed you that your order was ready for pick up. 

  • We will send you a return shipping label for orders that were shipped. The return shipping amount will be deducted from your store credit. 

  •  All merchandise must be returned in original condition. 
    • Items returned with make up, bronzer, deodorant or any other stains will not be given an online credit and the items will be shipped back to you at your own expense. 

    • You are responsible for the shipping of the returned product. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

    • All returned items MUST have the tags attached and the original receipt. 
    • If the original order qualified for free shipping and the item/items being returned bring the original order under the free shipping threshold then the shipping with be deducted from the store credit.
       
  • Customer are responsible for return shipping cost. We will provide a return shipping label for orders that were shipping out originally.
    • The return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.
        
  • If you have received a damaged product or wrong product please email Mel at poshnovi@gmail.com within 2 days of receipt to resolve any issues.

 All sales are FINAL on DISCOUNT, SALE items & JEWELRY and are not returnable.

 If an item is returned past the 14 day limit or does not follow our return policy, the items will be shipped back at your own expense and no credit will be given. You will have the option to have us invoice you for the return shipping cost.

We will hold an unacceptable return for 10 days. After 10 days we will not process and the items will be donated.
